A leading digital agency is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Contract) to oversee the delivery of complex and transformation-focused digital projects. Based in Glasgow, this role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to manage end-to-end delivery across a diverse portfolio, working within a flexible governance framework.
You’ll be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and quality, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Strong ability to manage budgets, timelines, and quality across technically complex projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate high-risk or time-sensitive situations.
- Experience facilitating workshops, defining requirements, and producing key project documentation.
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and eazyBI.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on delivery momentum.
- Strong financial awareness, including revenue recognition and cost tracking.
- Ability to manage dependencies and resolve blockers effectively.
