About the Role:
Seeking a talented and motivated Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will manage a variety of complex projects, working closely with business stakeholders, external vendors, and internal technology teams to enhance and maintain our state-of-the-art clearing solutions. Your work will involve everything from analysing new requirements and documenting solutions to implementing and testing systems, ensuring they meet business needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis to produce project artefacts, such as Business Requirements and Test Strategy documentation, and implement & test solutions.
• Drive multiple projects simultaneously while managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Own business and functional requirements, perform technical analysis, and document change requests.
• Liaise between business stakeholders and development teams to understand priorities and requirements.
• Maintain the Change Book of Work and facilitate prioritisation discussions with key stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with business units and provide regular project updates to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Communicate key project risks, define mitigation strategies, and oversee resolutions.
• Develop test strategies, document test scenarios, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing across a comprehensive tech stack.
• Create Project Plans and UAT Run-books.
• Collaborate with development and support teams to resolve production issues and identify root causes.

Essential Skills:

• Proven knowledge of OTC and Exchange Trades Derivatives Clearing products.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in Front-to-Back systems within Listed Derivatives and OTC, specifically in Clearing, Margin, Treasury, or Collateral functions.
• Technical proficiency in Python, Ab-initio, SQL for data analysis, along with experience building business dashboards in Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of ETD and OTC trade life cycle events, data economics, and financial flows.
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting frameworks, such as CFTC, EMIR, and UK MiFID.
• Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, and JIRA.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Experience in writing requirements, traceability matrices, and test cases.
• A strong analytical mindset with proven problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to collaborate with a global team across different geographies and time zones.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
