Senior Project Manager – PAS solution implementation opportunity – 12 month contract opportunity

A leading Speciality Insurance business is looking for a Project Manager to cover paternity leave and take ownership of a long‑running programme delivering new product updates and PAS implementations across Europe. You’ll manage a small IT delivery team (BA, Solution Architect, Test Manager) and work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead planning, scheduling, risks, issues and governance across a live multi‑year project.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers to deliver PAS and system integration changes.
  • Control scope, budget, timelines and change requests.
  • Run project reporting, steering meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Manage escalations and ensure smooth delivery across business and IT.
  • Support Agile development cycles and integration work.
Requirements
  • 5+ years delivering complex IT change in enterprise environments.
  • Strong recent experience in Insurance, with hands‑on PAS implementation in Specialty lines.
  • Solid project management skills: planning, financials, reporting, governance.
  • Strong communicator with experience managing vendors and global stakeholders.
