Your Role
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering IT infrastructure projects aligned with industry best practices. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity for clients. This role combines technical expertise with client engagement, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing and deploying enterprise IT solutions.
  • Managing Active Directory domains and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Implementing virtualisation and high-availability solutions.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and supporting BAU operations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
What You Need to Succeed
  • Technical Expertise: Proven experience in a senior technical delivery or operations role within IT services.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux servers, virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), and network security technologies.
  • Certifications: Relevant technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Fortinet).
  • Professional Attributes: Positive, proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Client Engagement: Strong experience in building and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Project Ownership: Ability to self-manage projects, documentation, and reporting.
