Your new role

As Senior Production Supervisor, you will take charge of daily production operations, ensuring that schedules are met and efficiency remains high. You’ll lead and support production staff, manage planning and scheduling, and foster effective communication across departments. This is a hands-on, full-time, on-site role where your leadership will directly impact the success of the production team.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you’ll need proven experience in production management and supervisory leadership. Strong skills in production planning and scheduling are essential, along with excellent communication abilities. You should be confident in problem-solving and decision-making, and capable of performing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
