Product Manager - eCommerce - £500pd inside IR35 via Umbrella - London Hybrid (2 days a week)

Your new role

As an eCommerce Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving product discovery, strategy, development, and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Product Discovery
    • Analyse user behaviour and website performance using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
    • Leverage data from multiple channels to understand customer journeys and propose enhancements.
    • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and eCommerce reviews to generate innovative ideas.
  • Product Strategy
    • Contribute to the eCommerce Product Roadmap and prioritise initiatives aligned with digital targets, OKRs, and KPIs.
    • Forecast costs and revenue benefits to ensure maximum value delivery.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to secure buy-in for new initiatives.
    • Define clear product requirements, user stories, and delivery priorities.
  • Product Development
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new products and features on time and within budget.
    • Partner with designers and developers to create intuitive, visually appealing user experiences.
    • Conduct usability testing and manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
    • Align product development with commercial objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Manage digital propositions and collaborate with third-party providers for product enhancements.
    • Validate released features and identify optimisation opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in eCommerce product management and digital product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with agile squads and scrum methodology.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Commercial and technical acumen, with the ability to bridge communication between business and engineering teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • A proactive, innovative approach with sound judgment and business instinct.
  • Experience creating your own tickets on Jira.
