specialize in architecture, urban design, landscape planning, GIS, arboriculture and ecology. Their projects range across commercial, education, healthcare, residential, leisure, infrastructure and retail.

Your new role


  • Leading the delivery of challenging and exciting ecological projects
  • Technical report writing to a high standard
  • Mentoring and managing the ecology team
  • Developing and supporting the growth of the team
  • Client liaison and business development in varying sectors
  • Organising subconsultants, seasonal ecologists and ECoWs


What you'll need to succeed


  • Proven track record as an Ecologist
  • A relevant degree
  • A valid UK driving licence
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation
  • Membership in CIEEM (ideal)
  • Protected species licence holder (ideal)
  • Project delivery and management experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lead and manage staff
