Senior PR Manager - Hospitality - £60k - West London (5 days onsite)

Your new company
You’ll be joining one of London’s most exciting emerging destinations — a multi‑venue development that combines food, culture, wellness, community experiences and events. Having recently launched and now entering a major growth phase, the organisation is shifting from “new opening” to a fully established London landmark. You will play a central part in elevating its profile, shaping public perception, and driving city‑wide cultural relevance.

Your new role
As Senior PR Manager, you will lead the development and execution of a long‑term PR and communications strategy that positions the destination as a must‑visit London hotspot. This is a high‑impact, strategically important role working closely with hospitality, commercial, events and leadership teams.

Your responsibilities will span:

Destination Strategy & Narrative
  • Owning a clear PR vision that connects food, culture, wellness, community and corporate experiences
  • Shaping a compelling narrative for London audiences and national media
  • Advising senior leadership on coverage, reputation and brand positioning
Consumer & Cultural PR
  • Securing national and London lifestyle, culture, travel, wellness and food press
  • Leading major launches
  • Amplifying campaigns, events, cultural programming and community initiatives
  • Building strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers and tastemakers
B2B & Trade PR
  • Elevating the destination’s growing conference & events business
  • Gaining coverage across MICE, hospitality and business trade titles
  • Supporting award submissions, showcases and partner activations
Corporate Reputation & Thought Leadership
  • Leading corporate communications, crisis management and spokesperson preparation
  • Bringing placemaking and regeneration narratives to life

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong experience in PR across luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, travel, property or destination brands
  • Proven ability to deliver consumer, corporate and B2B communications
  • Strong record of securing top‑tier national coverage
  • Exceptional storytelling, writing and relationship‑building skills
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to execute hands‑on
  • Strong understanding of London’s cultural landscape and media ecosystem

What you'll get in return
  • A salary of up to £60,000
  • The opportunity to shape the reputation and cultural relevance of one of London’s most exciting new destinations
  • A senior role with high visibility and influence across the organisation
  • The chance to build a long‑term PR strategy from the ground up
  • A creative, fast‑paced environment where ideas become real experiences
  • Full ownership of a rare placemaking and destination‑building brief
