Your new role

Senior Planners required for major construction projects on the Cambridgeshire/Suffolk/Norfolk border. As Senior Planner you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering expert planning and scheduling support to both pre-construction and project delivery teams, ensuring every phase aligns smoothly and efficiently.


Main duties:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of performance metrics to track progress throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure cohesive integration of design, procurement, and construction activities within project programmes.
  • Prepare detailed tender programmes and method statements, and confidently present proposals during settlement meetings.
  • Lead change management efforts by assessing the impact of variations on project timelines and advising on extensions of time.
  • Create and manage schedules, and source and evaluate quotations for all time-related preliminaries.
