We're looking for a Payroll Coordinator to manage outsourced payroll services covering around 400 employees. This role ensures accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with regulations, and excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact between staff and the external payroll provider.
• Oversee monthly payroll cycles, ensuring accurate data submission and review.
• Resolve payroll queries promptly and maintain secure records.
• Ensure compliance with HMRC, employment law, and pension requirements.
• Prepare payroll reports, support audits, and assist with salary budgeting and forecasting.
• Liaise with pension providers and manage benefits, including salary sacrifice and medical insurance.
• Monitor service levels and identify process improvements for efficiency.

What we're looking for:

• Significant experience in payroll administration or coordination.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pension schemes.
• Experience managing outsourced payroll providers.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with HR and finance systems (CIPP qualification desirable).
