About the company:

We’re working with a well-established consumer brand known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. They’re looking for a Senior Order to Delivery Specialist to join their London-based team and support the smooth execution of their end-to-end order fulfilment process.

Your new role:

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full order-to-delivery cycle, ensuring accurate processing, timely shipments, and compliance with customs and financial standards. You’ll co-ordinate closely with sales, logistics, and finance teams to monitor performance, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in driving operational efficiency and supporting business goals.

What will you need to succeed in this role?

You’ll bring solid experience in retail logistics, supply chain, with a strong understanding of order processing, invoicing, and customs compliance. Proficiency in ERP systems, such as One Word or other logistics management tools is essential, along with excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success. Ideally, you will have Italian language skills.
