Contract Role (day rate - Inside IR35)

An excellent opportunity for a Medical Affairs professional to join one of our key clients as they look to further expand their Cell & Gene Therapy portfolio of Oncology-focused treatments.

This full-time, 1-year contract will see you providing key contributions to the medical affairs activities within the European Medical Affairs group for both pre launch and post-launch products.

Reporting to the Director of Medical Affairs, you will help to execute the Medical Affairs strategy and contribute towards scientific and medical communications for both late stage and marketed products whilst providing medical and scientific resources for the European Med Affairs team.
With the potential to further your career within this cutting-edge biotechnology company beyond the contract term, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious UK Medical Affairs professional with approx. 3–5 years’ industry experience.

Location, Southeast/M4 corridor with some office-based presence each week.

Essential Qualifications:
Master’s degree in life sciences

  • Previous medical affairs experience, approx 3 to 5 years, within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Previous experience reviewing medical/commercial materials for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in oncology and/or immunotherapy
  • Knowledge of clinical research and medical affairs–led research activities
Familiarity with EMA, MHRA, and relevant regional regulatory requirements
