  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards, legislation, and best practices
  • Supporting digital workflows including BIM/Revit environments
  • Attending design meetings, presenting technical solutions, and managing client relationships
  • Mentoring and developing junior team members
  • Contributing to bids, fee proposals, and resource planning

What you'll need to succeed
  • Extensive mechanical building services design experience at Senior Engineer level
  • Strong technical knowledge across HVAC, public health, thermal modelling, sustainable design, and low‑carbon technologies
  • Proven experience delivering multi‑sector projects through all RIBA stages
  • Proficiency with design software such as IES, Hevacomp, and relevant digital tools
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Chartered status (CEng) or working towards chartership is highly advantageous
  • A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to influence design outcomes

What you'll get in return
  • Salary up to £70,000
  • Industry‑leading benefits package
  • Hybrid and flexible working

  • Opportunity to work on some of the UK’s most exciting, sustainable engineering projects
  • A supportive, collaborative environment with world‑class technical expertise
