Your new role

As Referrals Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the creation and launch of the business' customer referral programme – an essential driver of growth and customer acquisition. You’ll own the full funnel, from strategy and proposition design to execution, performance tracking, and optimisation. Working cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, design, and finance teams, you’ll build a seamless referral experience that drives word-of-mouth engagement. You’ll define incentive structures, manage the go-to-market plan, and continuously refine the programme based on data and user feedback. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll be the internal champion for referral marketing, with the opportunity to make a visible impact in a fast-paced, customer-focused business.

What you'll need to succeed

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in launching and scaling referral programmes
• Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach to execution
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and optimise accordingly
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
