Senior Marketing Executive

Hours: 35 per week
Shift pattern: Monday–Friday 9-5
Salary: Up to £35,000 depending on experience
Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a month on-site in New Milton)
Start Date: ASAP

With multiple locations across the UK, this role is primarily home-based, with occasional visits (1-2 days per month) to their office in New Milton.

Role Overview

As the Senior Marketing Executive, you will report to the Head of Marketing and lead the charge in creating and executing innovative marketing strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth. You will manage impactful Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, elevate paid advertising efforts, and enhance the company’s digital presence to convert leads effectively. Your role will involve deep dives into data analytics to refine marketing strategies and close collaboration with the sales team to turn prospects into success stories.

About You
You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. With 3–5 years of proven success in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B marketing or a related field, you have a track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. You will have a solid understanding of HubSpot, exceptional website management and optimisation skills, experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and a thorough knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads and drive sales growth for products and services within the housing and care sectors.
  • Plan and execute campaigns to boost brand awareness, conversion, and retention, aiming to meet lead generation targets.
  • Manage and optimise various marketing channels, including the website, paid advertising, ABM, and other digital channels, to maximise impact and lead generation.
  • Be a strategic thinker and data-driven marketer with a proven ability to manage and optimise marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Identify opportunities and take proactive steps to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
