An excellent opportunity has arisen to join this thriving corporate team in either Bristol, Exeter, Taunton or Plymouth. You will be supporting the Corporate Team Leader with the ongoing growth and development of the group and team-wide activities. You will work on a range of corporate services, including mergers & acquisitions, private equity & venture capital, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and reorganisations. Client contact is key, and you will enjoy building and developing relationships from the offset.
The firm is looking for someone who is keen to take the next step in their career, ideally at the Senior Associate or Managing Associate level, however they are open to receiving applications from candidates 3 PQE and upwards. This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an award-winning team with an impressive client list, with genuine scope to fast track your career.

You will bring experience of dealing with a range of corporate issues and commercial advice for clients, including a track record of demonstrating insight and understanding of complex client needs and the business context and marketplace in which they are operating.
