Join a Central Compliance team and play a pivotal role in shaping the Compliance Monitoring & Assurance framework across a dynamic, global business.
About the Role
You will report to the Director of Central Compliance and lead the delivery of assurance reviews across the organisation. You’ll help ensure compliance controls are robust, effective, and aligned with regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the annual Compliance Assurance Plan (CAP)
- Deliver high-quality assurance reviews that provide insight into risk and control effectiveness
- Communicate findings and best practices to stakeholders across the business
- Document and escalate significant deficiencies with clarity and precision
- Track and support resolution of remedial actions
- Provide meaningful MI to Compliance, Risk, Internal Audit, and senior management
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring, assurance, or internal audit
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk management principles
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and root cause analysis capability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
