Senior Learning Business Partner
Location: Leeds / Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the Leeds office Salary:
£70,000 – £75,000

We’re looking for a Learning Business Partner to join our People & Culture team and lead the design, delivery, and continuous development of learning solutions that strengthen leadership capability, accelerate performance, and drive organisational growth.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for an experienced learning and development professional who is tech-savvy, delivery-focused, and passionate about building strong foundations for sustainable excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full learning cycle – from identifying needs and designing programmes, through to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues, leaders, and managers to deliver blended learning solutions aligned with the People Strategy and organisational priorities.
  • Embed digital learning and enable knowledge sharing across the organisation.
  • Support induction, early careers, and cross-functional development programmes.
  • Champion the employee engagement framework and behaviours through learning initiatives.
  • Create and deliver innovative and engaging content across multiple formats (digital, face-to-face, peer learning, coaching, mentoring).
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and oversee the delivery of functional learning requests.
  • Administer and facilitate professional study applications and training requests.
  • Contribute to early careers initiatives including internships, graduate programmes, and apprenticeships.
  • Optimise the Learning Management System (LMS) and broader learning ecosystem to ensure excellent learner experience and adoption.
  • Curate and create high-quality digital learning content to complement in-house programmes.
  • Introduce and embed tools that support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and communities of practice.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions to ensure continuous improvement and return on investment.
  • Stay ahead of learning trends and integrate best practices into the organisation’s learning approach.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a senior L&D role, ideally within a fast-paced and scaling organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Expertise in digital learning tools and platforms.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset.
