Senior HR Manager

Location: Leeds
Salary: £46-48,000 per annum

Are you an experienced HR leader ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead and inspire our HR team, driving strategic initiatives and delivering exceptional support across the organisation.

About the Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you’ll manage a team of four HR professionals, including an HR Manager, HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, and Administrator. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Leading and developing the HR team to deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Shaping and executing HR strategy in collaboration with the Head of HR
  • Driving employee engagement initiatives
  • Overseeing all generalist HR functions including Payroll, L&D, Pensions, and Recruitment
  • Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement across HR operations
We’re seeking a confident, proactive leader with a strong generalist HR background and a passion for people.
You’ll bring:
