Your new role
As a Senior Ground Segment Systems Engineer, you will take a leading role in the development and maintenance of ground systems critical to mission success. You’ll work across the full lifecycle (from conceptual design to operational support), interfacing with internal teams and external suppliers. Responsibilities include defining requirements, leading integration and validation activities, and ensuring smooth operations through troubleshooting and maintenance. This role offers autonomy, technical leadership, and the chance to mentor others while contributing to groundbreaking missions.

What you'll need to succeed
• A degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related engineering discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in satellite ground systems engineering and the space sector.
• Strong knowledge of ground segment components (e.g., mission control and planning systems).
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with requirements engineering, system integration, and validation.
Desirable: experience with SCOS-2000, mission planning systems, ground station interfaces, Linux development, and programming in C++ or Java.
