Hays have partnered with a leading telecoms organisation to appoint an experienced Global Product Manager to an extensive programme of work around digital sovereignty for customers within the European market. If you're an accomplished Product Manager, with experience in end-to-end B2B product management, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS etc.), and AI within a telco environment or similar, then we want to hear from you.

Role: Global Senior Sovereign Product Manager
Start Date: ASAP
Length: Until 31/03/26 (with extension – at least 18-months worth of work)
Rate: £750 - £950/day inside via Umbrella
Location: Paddington (2–3 days/week in-office)

Your new role and what you'll need to succeed

As the Global Senior Product Manager, your core duties will revolve around developing new products and services to address digital sovereignty concerns (data location transparency, customer data protection from third-parties etc.) for this organisation's European customers. Collaborating across technical teams, commercial teams and other functions, you will drive implementation and GTM for new products, contributing to shaping product direction and developing new capabilities. Your experience/skills will include:

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), with experience with public/private cloud and managed services.
• Proven track record in building services and operating AI systems.
• Ability to navigate large, complex organisations.
• Flexible, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Collaborative, with international exposure (German market preferred).
• Experience in a telco will be highly desirable, however is not essential.
