An innovative biotech company with a global footprint is seeking an FP&A Manager to support its financial planning and analysis function across the EMEA region. This is a high-impact role, reporting to the Head of FP&A, and offers the opportunity to contribute to financial strategy in a fast-paced, science-driven environment.

Your new role

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes across EMEA
• Develop and enhance KPIs and reporting tools to improve performance visibility
• Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Partner with senior stakeholders across finance and operations to align planning with business goals
• Support improvements in financial modelling, systems, and processes
• Contribute to cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and scenario planning
• Assist with CapEx planning and lease accounting (IFRS 16), in collaboration with asset and accounting teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
• 5+ years’ FP&A experience, ideally within international or matrixed environments
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; experience with planning tools (e.g. TM1, Oracle) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and the three financial statements
• Commercial mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
