With a collaborative culture and a strong pipeline of work, this is an environment where experienced professionals can lead, innovate and make a meaningful impact.

Your new role

As the Senior Estimator, you will lead the full estimating function, shaping tender strategy and supporting pre‑construction and project teams across refurbishment, fit‑out and construction schemes. You’ll take ownership of cost planning, tender submissions, bills of quantities, risk identification and value engineering, ensuring all bids are accurate, competitive and commercially robust. • Professional membership such as RICS or CIOB
  • Extensive estimating experience within construction, refurbishment or fit‑out
  • Strong ability to review and interpret drawings, specifications and contracts

  • Commercial awareness of JCT contracts, procurement routes and cost‑control principles
  • Proven leadership, organisational capability and pre‑construction expertise
  • Confident user of IT systems and estimating software
  • Self‑motivated, proactive and able to inspire others
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake training and vetting
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to represent the business professionally

What you’ll get in return

You’ll receive a competitive salary, vehicle or allowance, profit‑share scheme, generous holiday entitlement and early Friday finishes. You’ll benefit from departmental bonuses, long‑service awards, wellbeing support, mental‑health first aiders and a positive working environment that actively supports community initiatives. The company offers ongoing training, professional development, clear progression pathways and a culture that values innovation, collaboration and high performance.
