Your new role
As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in leading the pre‑construction and tendering process across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse drawings and specifications, manage enquiries with subcontractors and suppliers, and contribute to competitive and compliant tender submissions. You will work closely with pre‑construction, commercial and project delivery teams to support strong bidding performance and secure new work.
You will be involved in projects across industrial, retail, education and healthcare environments, covering both new build and refurbishment schemes.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong experience as an Estimator within the construction industry, ideally at senior level.

• Proven background working on new build or refurbishment projects.

• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills when dealing with suppliers and subcontractors.

• A proactive approach with the ability to work to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

• Knowledge of current construction materials, legislation and market pricing.
