Senior employment solicitor role in Harrogate, ideal for candidates with 5PQE or above.

A North Yorkshire regional practice with a national reputation for employment work, with a particularly strong reputation for its work in the sports sector as well as plenty of other well-recognised regional initiatives/organisations. This firm is very well recognised by the Legal 500 across Employment and several other practice areas.

Candidates will need to be qualified employment lawyers with a minimum of 5 years’ post‑qualification experience. Applicants must be qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales. The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload in addition to other duties associated with being a senior lawyer in the firm.

Providing commercial result-driven legal advice on day-to-day employment issues (both contentious and non-contentious);
HR support;
Employment disputes and tribunal representation;
Settlement Agreements;
Director’s Service Agreements;
Contracts and Handbooks;
TUPE – and support to the Corporate Team;
Mediation and workplace mediation;
Independent investigations;
Training and seminars;
Restrictive covenant advice;
