We are partnering with a large, forward‑thinking organisation undergoing a significant restructure. They are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide robust generalist support across a wide range of people-related workstreams to support "business as usual" HR matters during this period.
Your New Role
As a senior HR Advisor/HRBP, you will play a key role in delivering high‑quality HR support in a fast‑paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing advice and guidance across generalist HR matters
- Supporting managers with absence management, employee relations cases, and policy application
- Leading or contributing to project-based HR work, delivering defined outcomes
- Supporting organisational change activities, including restructures and consultation processes
- Adapting to evolving priorities and contributing flexibly to emerging work demands

What You'll Need to Succeed
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate:
- Strong experience across generalist HR activities
- Confident handling of absence, ER cases, and case management
- Ability to deliver outcomes through HR project work
- Experience supporting organisational change programmes (desirable)
- Flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work at pace
Working Arrangements
This role offers significant flexibility with 80% hybrid working. The nearest office base is Bradford, with occasional on‑site presence required for business needs.
We welcome applications for full‑time hours but are also open to part‑time working arrangements (min. 3 days per week).
