Your new company
A leading global financial services organisation based in the City of London is seeking a Senior Early Careers Talent Partner to lead their graduate, intern and summer analyst hiring strategy. This firm is known for its high‑performance culture, strong senior leadership engagement and long‑term investment in developing exceptional early‑career talent.

Your new role
You will take full ownership of all early‑careers recruitment activity across the UK, including Summer Analysts, Interns, Industrial Placements and Graduate programmes. This includes campus attraction strategy, university engagement, the design and delivery of assessment processes, and end‑to‑end programme management. The role is based 4 days per week in the City, partnering closely with MDs, Directors and HR leadership to forecast demand, shape talent pipelines and strengthen the firm’s employer brand in the highly competitive investment banking and financial services market.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful, you must bring:
  • A permanent employment background with strong, consistent tenure; contract‑heavy backgrounds will not be considered.
  • A career that has been purely focused on Early Careers / Graduate / Campus recruitment for the past 5 years, not generalist Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience delivering graduate, intern and summer analyst cycles within investment banking, financial markets or professional services.
  • A proven ability to manage end‑to‑end early‑talent processes including campus engagement, Superdays/Application Review/Interviewing/Assessment Centres, onboarding and programme management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate confidently with senior leaders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A commercial, organised and proactive approach, with a passion for developing early‑career talent.
What you’ll get in return
You’ll join a market‑leading FS organisation in a high‑visibility role with real ownership and the chance to elevate a critical talent pipeline.
The position offers a competitive salary of £80,000–£90,000, plus bonus and benefits, alongside clear development opportunities.
