Your new role
This full-time, permanent position focusses on managing digital information across all project phases, using modern platforms and frameworks like ISO 19650. The role involves overseeing data flow, administering Common Data Environments (CDEs), tracking deliverables, enforcing standards, and supporting teams with expert guidance.

What you'll need to succeed
✅ Skills Checklist
  • Proven ability to manage digital project information across all phases
  • Hands-on experience with Common Data Environments (e.g. BIM 360, Aconex)
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and other relevant standards
  • High attention to detail in validating, classifying, and distributing data
  • Confident in tracking deliverables and maintaining reporting dashboards
  • Skilled in enforcing naming conventions and structured processes
  • Excellent communication skills to support and guide project teams
  • Comfortable leading digital platforms and driving collaboration
Experience Checklist
  • Previous experience in document control or digital information roles
  • Background in construction, infrastructure, or built environment sectors
  • Experience working on multiphase or large-scale projects
  • Familiarity with mentoring or supporting cross-functional teams
