A global Lloyd's Insurance Broker is looking for an experienced Senior Cyber Claims Handler to join their organisation. This is a strategic role focused on managing high-value and complex Cyber claims and delivering high-level advocacy to major clients across a diverse portfolio.

You will be responsible for overseeing the claims process for high-value and contentious Cyber matters, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders. The role involves leading insurer negotiations, shaping the firm’s Cyber claims proposition, and ensuring technical excellence throughout the claim's lifecycle.

You’ll also play a key role in supporting new business opportunities, contributing to product development, and delivering thought leadership across the Cyber risk landscape.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need extensive experience handling complex Cyber claims, ideally with exposure to litigation and high-value disputes. A strong understanding of insurance law and regulatory frameworks is essential, along with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders. Professional qualifications or a demonstrable commitment to ongoing development will be highly regarded.
