Your new role

As Senior CRM Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the company’s CRM strategy, driving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. You’ll manage a CRM Executive and act as deputy to the Head of Marketing, supporting across SEO, paid media, content, social, brand, and product marketing. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on campaign execution across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and web push channels.

What you'll need to succeed

You’ll have proven experience in CRM strategy and multichannel campaign management, along with leadership capabilities and exposure to broader marketing disciplines. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Google Analytics) are essential. You’ll be confident representing Marketing at senior levels, collaborating cross-functionally, and using data to optimise performance and drive ROI.
