A fast-growing DTC consumer goods brand is looking for a Senior CRM Executive to join the team in London as they continue their expansion online & in-store. Led by co-founders to solve a common problem and stemming from a shared passion, this mission-led business aims to do right by their customers by offering quality & convenience.

Your new role

Responsible for multichannel comms across the full customer lifecycle from acquisition through to retention, you will look after BAU, lifecycle flows and campaigns as well as collaborating with founders and senior marketing leaders on customer lifecycle strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

- 3+ years' experience in CRM with strong Klaviyo expertise

- Good understanding of the full customer lifecycle from acquisition through to retention
- Experience within a DTC business, ideally with subscription marketing knowledge
- Pro-active attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
