Your new role
As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering CRM strategies across multiple brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to influence CRM strategy across three distinct business units, each with its own customer journeys and growth potential.
As Senior CRM Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering CRM strategies across multiple brands. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. This is a unique opportunity to influence CRM strategy across three distinct business units, each with its own customer journeys and growth potential.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multichannel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, direct mail) across the full customer lifecycle
- Develop segmentation strategies and dynamic content to enhance engagement and loyalty
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise through A/B testing and a test-and-learn approach
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and product teams to deliver compelling, on-brand communications
- Support key growth projects including new product launches and site enhancements
What you’ll need to succeed:
- 3+ years’ experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, ideally within DTC, subscription, or beauty/wellness sectors
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce, Iterable) and analytics tools
- Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for customer experience and driving long-term loyalty
