Your new role

The Senior Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of contracts within the construction industry. This role involves managing contract negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and mitigating risks to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects.


What you'll need to succeed

- Minimum of 5 years experience in contract management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction contracts.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and contract law.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and risk assessment.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing contract terms and conditions.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor a team of contract managers.
- Integrity: High ethical standards and commitment to compliance.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
