Your new role

As a Senior Consultant in the Employment Taxes team, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality advisory services to a prestigious client portfolio. You’ll work on complex projects in a fast-changing legislative environment, supporting clients with compliance, risk management, and strategic planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

Advising on employment tax issues, including remuneration structures, benefits, and expenses
Supporting clients with HMRC enquiries, disputes, and compliance reviews
Assisting with due diligence on corporate transactions and identifying employment tax risks
Researching case law and applying legislation to client scenarios
Drafting technical advice and correspondence for clients and HMRC
Participating in client meetings and leading discussions where appropriate
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to their development
Identifying business development opportunities and supporting proposals

What you'll need to succeed

Strong technical knowledge of employment tax legislation
Professional qualification (ACA, CTA, ATT) or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Commercial awareness and confidence in client-facing situations
A collaborative mindset and willingness to share knowledge
