• Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to support the delivery of a £3-4bn construction framework alliance.
• Innovate the commercial and delivery models to ensure the effective integration of multiple projects over a 15-year period.
• Lead negotiations and oversee contract management, particularly focusing on NEC 4 contract compliance and best practices.
• Build and manage high-performing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and programme timelines.
• Drive cost efficiencies, value for money, and risk management across all contracts.
• Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure all strategic objectives are met.

• Extensive experience in commercial management within a construction environment.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects through framework agreements.
• In-depth knowledge of NEC 4 contracts and their application within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
• Strong ability to develop and implement commercial strategies, focusing on long-term, multi-project programmes.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional, integrated teams within a framework environment.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead contract negotiations and manage high-value supplier relationships
