Your new company

I am currently working with a leading international insuretech looking to recruit a senior commercial finance analyst to work closely with the head of commercial finance. This is an exciting business that has strong financial backing and has been through a period of rapid expansion and acquisition activity and is now looking to add commercially focused finance talent to support ongoing growth and development of the business.

Your new role

This is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Driving value and optimising capital by working closely with senior stakeholders.

• Scenario modelling and business case writing to support commercial decision support.

• Preparing decks and presentations for a range of key stakeholders across multiple departments.

• Financial Analysis and competitor insight analysis.

• M&A activity - due diligence, valuations etc.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a qualified accountant or CFA qualified individual with a background in a similar role. You will need a proactive approach to problem-solving, taking on tasks on your own initiative and driving projects forwards. You will need strong communication and business partnering experience and experience in driving changes and process improvements is also highly desirable.
