Your new company is a well-established multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in the built environment. They have over 350 employees nationally across 13 offices and award-winning teams in civil and structural engineering, transport planning, environmental engineering and geotechnics.

Your new role
Your new role will see you joining the company as a Senior Civil Infrastructure Engineer within a technical civils team consisting of Directors, Chartered Principles, other Seniors and Graduates. You will be in part responsible for the technical design and delivery of a variety of drainage, highways and building infrastructure projects across a wide variety of sectors and projects.

They include high-rise residential estates, major hospitals, urban area masterplanning, university campuses, 300,000 sqft+ industrial warehouses, solar farms, sustainable power plants and much more!
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will need a minimum of an BEng in Civil Engineering and around 7 years' relevant UK experience. Chartership is not a requirement for this role, however it is highly desirable that you are on the pathway to being professionally qualified with a relevant board e.g., Institute of Civil Engineers.
Strong design software experience with AutoCAD, Microdrainage/Flow and Civil3D/PDS is needed as well as a working knowledge of S278/38/104 agreements. An ability to produce Flood Risk Assesments and Drainage Strategy reports is also highly desirable.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive annual salary between £45,000 - £55,000 depending on your level of industry experience. Your new company is also employee-owned which means that annual profit sharing in the form of bonuses is on offer with the amount dependant on financial success.
