Your new role

• Engage and lead complex negotiations with senior stakeholders across Estates and Facilities. Being seen as the leader in your field.

• Lead and mentor and manage a Procurement Manager and Officer, supporting them to achieve and work as a collaborative team.

• Drive high value strategic procurement plans and deliver value-for-money solutions whilst maintaining the best service levels.

• Develop and execute category strategies that deliver real impact.
• Navigate complex procurement landscapes, utilising your experience.
• Be the go-to expert for procurement strategy and compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong procurement experience (public sector, PA 23).
• Proven team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• MCIPS (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
• A passion for smarter, faster, better procurement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and contract management abilities.
