This role is suited to an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys working across multiple digital products, leading analysis from early discovery through to delivery, and setting direction for business analysis practice within a wider organisation.

The Role:

You’ll work across a varied digital portfolio, supporting teams to understand problems, explore options and deliver clear, evidence based solutions. Alongside hands-on delivery, you’ll provide leadership to other analysts, embedding high-quality agile analysis and supporting professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis across complex digital projects and programmes through discovery, alpha and delivery phases
  • Set and improve standards for business analysis, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery
  • Coach and mentor Business Analysts within the team
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews and collaborative sessions to understand business and user needs
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear user stories and deliverables
  • Identify impacts of change, risks and dependencies, supporting informed decision-making
  • Support teams with prioritisation, MVP definition and outcomes measurement
  • Define metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented improvements
  • Work with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver digital products and services
  • Produce clear documentation, briefings and recommendations for stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

  • Significant experience as a Business Analyst within software or digital delivery environments
  • Strong practical experience of Agile methodologies and product‑led delivery
  • Proven ability to analyse, visualise and communicate complex problems clearly
  • Experience translating business needs into user stories and/or technical specifications
  • Confident stakeholder engagement and influence at varying levels of seniority
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working with external delivery partners or suppliers
  • A collaborative approach and commitment to inclusive, user‑centred services
What’s on Offer:

  • Salary in the region of £50k–£52k
  • Generous 10% employer pension contribution
  • Hybrid working model (typically 2 days per week on site)
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service
  • Option to purchase additional annual leave
  • Life assurance and wellbeing benefits
  • An inclusive, supportive working environment with clear development opportunities
