• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large banks or consultancies, with hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle.
• Expertise in finance transformation programmes, including IFRS transition, sub-ledger implementation, and process automation.
• Strong understanding of core accounting concepts, multi-GAAP environments, and GL functions (chart of accounts, intercompany, FX management).
• Familiarity with financial products such as corporate lending, loans, repos, deposits, and capital markets products (derivatives, OTC, fixed income).
• Ability to compile BRDs, FRDs, functional specifications, and comprehensive test plans for UAT.
• Skilled in financial data analysis, process mapping, and working with financial data concepts, reporting structures, and BI tools.
• Experience with Finance platforms such as Oracle GL/Subledger, Murex, LoanIQ.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across business and IT teams.
• Accounting qualifications (full or part qualified) and familiarity with IFRS, UK-GAAP, J-GAAP are desirable.
