It supports organisations that need senior, hands-on expertise, offering practical guidance on estate planning, asset management, and organisational improvement. Your new role
You will work in the Building Surveying team, managing professional services as well as projects. You will work across a multitude of sectors excluding residential. You will manage your own work load, and clients and work independently.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in Building surveying and be keen to work with both project management and professional work such as condition surveys and dilapidations.
You will ideally be MRICS qualified, but they will consider experienced Building Surveyors without the charteredship status.What you'll get in return
