An established building services design consultancy, specialising in Mechanical, Electrical, and Environmental engineering, is recruiting a Senior BIM Technician to join their team. This multidisciplinary team, with expertise in MEP, BIM, and 3D modelling, provides high-end consulting services throughout the UK and Ireland.

Your new role

• Produce high-quality, coordinated Revit models for MEP systems.
• Work alongside architects, engineers, and project teams to support project delivery.
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of drawings, models, and schedules.
• Support project teams with model reviews, clash detection, and updates as required.
• Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Strong experience as a Revit Technician, specifically within the MEP sector.
• Skills: Proficiency in Revit and Navisworks, with a focus on MEP services. Ability to produce detailed and coordinated 3D models for building services.
• Client Interaction: Confident in liaising with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
