Global Financial Services firm with a strong international presence is recruiting a Senior Benefits Consultant to support their UK & European operations. Known for their strategic growth and commitment to employee wellbeing, they offer a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering the benefits and wellbeing strategy across the region. This includes leading the annual benefits renewal process, evaluating market competitiveness, and ensuring alignment with global enterprise objectives. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing health and risk benefits across multiple jurisdictions.

To be successful, you’ll bring at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a complex, multinational organisation, ideally in financial services. You’ll have a strong understanding of UK and European benefits frameworks, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to thrive in a change-driven environment.
