Your new role
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of complex projects across bluelight, education, and residential sectors
- Develop creative, sustainable design concepts and translate them into high-quality documentation
- Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity
- Build and maintain strong client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Support the leadership team in business development and practice growth
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong and varied portfolio of delivered projects
- Demonstrated ability in project running, design leadership, and team management
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK driving licence
