A Commercial & IP Solicitor job opportunity in Hampshire

Your new company

A highly regarded law firm on the South Coast is looking to expand its Commercial team with a Senior Associate. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute legal professional to take on a varied role that blends intellectual property and commercial law.

Your new role

You’ll manage the firm’s trade mark practice, handle applications, oppositions, and appeals, and advise on copyright, design rights, and patents. You’ll also draft and negotiate IP and commercial agreements, including software licencing, IT support, distribution, and franchise contracts.


What you'll need to succeed

You’ll need at least five years’ post-qualification experience, with a solid background in intellectual property law and commercial agreements. Experience in trade mark prosecution, IP disputes, and drafting a range of contracts is essential. International experience and a proactive approach to business development will be highly valued.
