Senior Asset Manager (Real Estate)
Your new company
I am currently partnered with an Investment Management company who are growing their Real Estate Asset Management by 2 additional heads. Based in the City of London, they are seeing experience proactive people from a Property Real Estate background to join the team.
Your new role
- Assist the Head of Property and fund managers with property management, administration, and data analysis across the property portfolios.
- Support varied property investment and reporting tasks, including acquisitions and disposals.
- Manage allocated property assets, maintain records, update systems, and oversee spreadsheets.
- Handle daily communications independently, applying technical judgement and reporting progress.
- Manage landlord-tenant matters including leases, rent reviews, repairs, and service charges.
- Oversee outsourced property managers and coordinate with solicitors, agents, and surveyors.
- Ensure all activities align with company policies and fund investment strategies.
- Monitor valuations and assess capital and rental implications of investment decisions.
- Identify and manage active asset opportunities, ensuring alignment with investment objectives and ESG goals.
- Integrate ESG due diligence into all property investment and management processes.
- Assist in sourcing and appraising new investments and support acquisition/disposal processes.
- Contribute to performance analysis and investment reporting.
- Collaborate across the company teams to ensure accurate data flow and support client communications.
- Adhere to FCA rules, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Follow departmental procedures and contribute to their ongoing review.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualified in the RICS with a minimum of 5–10 years experience
Demonstrate in depth knowledge and experience in:
Property Portfolio Management
Valuation, Capital and rental and understanding of investment and occupier markets
Development and implementation of asset plans
Actively sourcing, managing and then selling assets to meet fund objectives
Experience with property management systems, managing data and analysis
What you'll get in return
Salary ranging from £95,000 - £110,000
