Your new practice is a well-established, award-winning multidisciplinary design practice, ranked among the UK’s top 100 architectural firms. With 70 talented professionals across offices in Birmingham, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, and London, the practice delivers inspiring projects nationwide.

Your new role
Based in the Birmingham office, you will work across a range of sectors including education, industrial, and residential. You’ll lead multidisciplinary project teams, produce and coordinate high-quality technical design information across all RIBA stages, and act as a key representative of the practice during site visits and client meetings. Travel to other offices and project sites across the UK may be required.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist, Technician, or technically focused Architect
  • A degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent (UK recognised)
  • Strong understanding of Building Regulations and current construction legislation
  • A diverse portfolio, ideally including schools, industrial, or residential projects
  • Experience across all phases of design, including site oversight
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools
  • ArchiCAD experience beneficial (training provided)
  • Strong time management and ability to work independently and collaboratively
