Your New Role
As the Senior Analytics, Automation & AI Expert, you’ll be a key member of the UK IT Senior Leadership Team, driving the strategy and delivery of data, automation, and AI initiatives. This is a strategic and hands-on role where you’ll influence business decisions, lead the development of impactful solutions, and champion a data-driven culture.
You’ll design and implement dashboards, automation tools, and AI-powered products, while mentoring others and collaborating across departments. Regular travel to UK sites and occasional international travel will be part of this dynamic role.

What You'll Need to Succeed
We’re looking for a seasoned analytics and AI leader with a strong technical foundation and the ability to engage stakeholders across diverse functions. You’ll be collaborative, proactive, and passionate about solving problems and driving innovation.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years in data architecture, warehousing, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
• Strong Power BI and SQL skills
• Proven experience implementing automation at scale
• Agile delivery experience

• Desirable certifications:
o Power Platform Functional Consultant
o Azure Enterprise Data Analyst
o Power BI Data Analyst

• Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
• Enthusiastic about innovation and continuous improvement
