Temporary Senior Administrator Required

Your new company

A private sector organisation based in Linlithgow is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.
Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will play a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient coordination across the business. This role requires a high level of accuracy, strong organisational capability, and confident communication, particularly when liaising with clients. An immediate start is available.


Your new role

As a Senior Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support, with a strong focus on diary management and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex diaries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring schedules are efficiently organised and prioritised

  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and delivering a high standard of service

  • Handling inbox management, ensuring timely responses and appropriate escalation where required

  • Maintaining and updating internal systems, ensuring all records and project information are accurate and up to date

  • Preparing and distributing reports to support business operations

  • Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide clear and professional updates

  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider team as required


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a Senior Administrator or similar administrative role

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and conflicting deadlines

  • Experience managing diaries and coordinating schedules

  • Confident communicator, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels

  • Comfortable using digital systems, maintaining accurate records and use of Excel

  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently

  • A solutions-focused mindset and a collaborative attitude
