We’re partnering with a leading global classified ads platform, operating across multiple European markets and serving millions of monthly users, to appoint a Senior Acquisition Manager. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of a business undergoing significant digital evolution, offering both strategic influence and hands‑on ownership across all acquisition channels.

Your new role

As Senior Acquisition Manager, you will lead the full acquisition function — building the roadmap, driving performance across all digital channels, and continuously improving customer growth efficiency. You’ll thrive if you’re equally comfortable designing strategy, running experiments, and rolling up your sleeves to execute. This role requires a blend of analytical strength, channel expertise, creativity, and the confidence to partner with senior leadership.

Key Responsiblities:
  • Develop and own a multi‑channel acquisition strategy (paid search/social, SEO, AEO, programmatic, affiliates, creator‑led, offline and emerging platforms)
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and channel allocation to maximise ROI.
  • Manage end‑to‑end campaign setup, iteration, and optimisation across paid and organic channels.
  • Improve key metrics including CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and LTV/CAC.
  • Run structured experimentation across creatives, landing pages, bidding approaches and funnel steps.
  • Adopt & champion AI‑driven tools for automation, analysis and optimisation.
  • Oversee organic search and AEO initiatives delivered by an SEO/AEO Manager.
  • Ensure performance across both traditional search and new generative AI‑powered discovery environments.
  • Define KPIs, build dashboards, and report on acquisition performance to senior stakeholders.
  • Partner with Brand, Product, Tech and BI teams to optimise messaging, user journeys and attribution accuracy.
  • Represent the acquisition function in senior meetings and cross‑departmental planning.
  • Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, developing capability and driving a high-performance culture.
  • Test and adopt emerging ad formats, new discovery platforms (e.g. TikTok search, AI search engines), and creator-led opportunities.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in acquisition/growth/performance marketing within a fast-paced online or tech-led environment.
  • Expertise across paid media, SEO, experimentation, analytics, and funnel optimisation.
  • A builder mindset — able to create acquisition engines from scratch or rapidly scale existing ones.
  • A highly analytical approach with strong capability in performance tools.
  • Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
